1.Paladin M-109A7
The paladin M109A7 is an artillery system that is manufactured by BAE system.The enhanced artillery system offers key fire-support for a variety of potential combat missions conducted by the US Army's Armored Brigade Combat Teams (ABCTs) in conventional, hybrid, irregular and counterinsurgency combat environments. Paladin M109A6 is a cannon artillery system developed by the Ground System Division of United Defense LP (now BAE Systems Land and Armaments) and manufactured at the Paladin Production.This artillery system retains the same 155 mm/ L39 howitzer of the Paladin. However now it is fitted with a new automated loader. It can sustain a one round per minute rate of fire. It is a great improvement over the previous M109A6 Paladin. The weapon is used in anti-armor, anti-bunker, anti-fortification and anti-amphibious landing roles.Hughes developed a TOW missile with a wireless data link in 1989, referred to as TOW-2N, but this weapon was not adopted for use by the U.S. military. Raytheon continued to develop improvements to the TOW line, but its FOTT (Follow-On To TOW) program was canceled in 1998, and its TOW-FF (TOW-Fire and Forget) program was cut short on 30 November 2001 because of funding limitations.
